Terms of Service

PartaVox is a service provided by Expert Techno Trading, with registered offices at Office #G11, Mian Plaza, Ghazi Chowk, College Road, Township, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan ("PartaVox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you ("you", "the user") enter into a binding agreement with Expert Techno Trading on these terms.

By creating a PartaVox account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use PartaVox. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you are using PartaVox on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

PartaVox is a software-as-a-service platform that helps industrial parts sellers extract structured data from part labels (PartaScan), cross-check that data against public sources (PartaVerify), manage warehouse inventory, and prepare listings for online marketplaces. Features and limits depend on the plan you subscribe to.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use PartaVox for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• upload labels or images for parts you do not own or are not authorized to list;
• misrepresent counterfeit, recalled, or unsafe goods;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or otherwise test the security of the service;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent technical limits or access controls;
• attempt to access data belonging to other companies on the platform.

PartaVox, including its software, designs, models, prompts, brand, and documentation, is owned by Expert Techno Trading and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes within the limits of your plan. You retain ownership of the content (label images, inventory records, listings) you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan quotas (warehouse items, PartaScan runs, listings, seats) are enforced in real time. Reducing your plan may require you to bring usage under the new caps before the change takes effect.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refund eligibility for PartaVox specifically is described in our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep PartaVox available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that PartaScan/PartaVerify outputs will be free of mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing extracted data and listings before publishing them.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to PartaVox if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts owed, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartaVox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for listing errors, lost sales, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Techno Trading from any third-party claim arising from content you upload, your use of PartaVox in violation of these terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of PartaVox after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
