Privacy Notice

PartaVox is a service provided by Expert Techno Trading, with registered offices at Office #G11, Mian Plaza, Ghazi Chowk, College Road, Township, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan ("PartaVox", "we", "us"). For the purposes of this notice, Expert Techno Trading is the data controller for personal data we collect about users of the PartaVox service.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), company name, and role.
• Profile data: any optional profile information you provide.
• Customer support data: messages, attachments, and metadata from emails or in-app support conversations.
• Content data: part-label images you upload, structured data extracted by PartaScan and PartaVerify, and your inventory and listing records.
• Usage and telemetry data: log data, feature usage, error reports, and quota counters.
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.

Payment card details and billing addresses are collected and stored by our payment provider, Paddle, not by us. We only receive masked transaction metadata (e.g. last 4 digits, plan, renewal date).

• To create and authenticate your account, and to operate PartaScan, PartaVerify, warehouse, and marketplace features — performance of the contract.
• To enforce plan quotas, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and secure the service — legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates — performance of the contract.
• To improve PartaVox, debug issues, and develop new features — legitimate interests.
• To send marketing communications (only where you have opted in or where permitted by law) — consent or legitimate interests. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Hosting and infrastructure: Lovable Cloud, which provides our hosting, database, file storage, and edge compute.
• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for the sale of PartaVox subscriptions, and handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle's privacy notice is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
• Email delivery: our email infrastructure provider, used to send transactional and authentication emails.
• Analytics and monitoring: error tracking and product analytics tools, configured to minimize personal data.
• Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, and auditors when needed.
• Authorities: regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Some of our service providers (including Lovable Cloud and Paddle) operate outside Pakistan, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions, where applicable.

PartaVox is multi-tenant. Every record you create is scoped to your company, and database row-level security prevents other companies from reading or modifying it. We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and audit logging. While no system is perfectly secure, we maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we need to retain it for longer to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to defend legal claims. Backups containing deleted data expire on their normal rotation schedule (up to 30 days).

Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);
• lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings (export, correct, delete data) or by emailing support@partavox.com. We aim to respond within one month.

PartaVox uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the service (session, authentication, security, load balancing). We may also use a limited set of analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
