Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid PartaVox subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
Free plan
The Free plan is free of charge — there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
Monthly and yearly plans
Both monthly and yearly plans are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. After 30 days, you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal — your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, but already-paid amounts are non-refundable.
Add-ons
The Marketplace add-on follows the same 30-day money-back rule from the date the add-on was first purchased. Disabling the add-on stops the next renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds for PartaVox are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund you can either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email support@partavox.com from the address on your account with your invoice ID — we will process the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
We aim to respond within two business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued for accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service (for example, fraud, abuse, or uploading content that infringes third-party rights). Disputed charges should first be raised with us at support@partavox.com so we can investigate before they are escalated to your card issuer.
