Nameplates are slow to read
Industrial labels are small, worn, and full of codes. Typing them by hand stalls intake and leaves photos sitting on a camera roll.
Industrial parts · B2B
PartaVox is the workspace for industrial parts sellers. Capture a label photo, confirm what the part is, and list it on eBay.
Create an account to open a workspace. Paid plans are not live, and WooCommerce publishing is coming soon.
The problem
Someone has to read the label, decide what the item is, and keep that decision attached to the photos and the offer.
Industrial labels are small, worn, and full of codes. Typing them by hand stalls intake and leaves photos sitting on a camera roll.
One swapped manufacturer or part number is a mismatch on the marketplace, then a return. Confirmation has to happen before the offer goes up.
Photos, warehouse facts, and marketplace drafts usually live in different tools. The person listing the part is not looking at the same record as the person who received it.
How it works
Three steps from the part in hand to an eBay offer. Identification does not publish anything by itself.
01
Capture the label or nameplate and the product photos during intake. The record can carry a permanent warehouse SKU and a printed QR label.
02
PartaVox identifies the part from those photos and shows the evidence. Uncertain matches stay in Needs Review until a person confirms them.
03
Approved items move to inventory. Stage the offer, then publish it to your connected eBay seller account. WooCommerce is not available yet.
Features
Intake keeps the label photo and supporting product shots on the warehouse record.
AI proposes the part. A person still confirms anything that is not ready to trust.
Verification sits in front of the commercial step. Publishing is a separate action.
Give the item a permanent warehouse SKU and print a QR label for the bin.
Track stock, returns, and quotations beside the listing work — not in a side spreadsheet.
Connect the account you sell on. PartaVox does not ask for eBay developer credentials.
Channels
List on the seller account you already use. Storefront publishing to WooCommerce is on the roadmap, not in the product.
Connect your seller account to the workspace. Stage an offer from inventory, then publish it to that account. PartaVox never asks for your developer Client ID or Client Secret.
Storefront publishing will show up here when it is ready. There is no WooCommerce connection to turn on today.
Who it's for
Move industrial stock that arrives unlabeled, mixed, or short on paperwork.
Identify controls, sensors, drives, and electrical parts before they are offered.
Turn warehouse overstock into marketplace listings without a second database.
The people who receive a part and the people who list it share one record.
